Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your PennyEcho account and associated data, please follow these steps:

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to master.seal@selaclass.com from the email address associated with your PennyEcho account
  2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
  3. In the email body, confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data
  4. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours
  5. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • User profile information (name, email, preferences)
  • All financial transactions and expense records
  • Budget and savings goals
  • Category budgets and spending limits
  • Voice recordings and AI-generated insights
  • Subscription and payment history
  • App settings and preferences

Data Retention Policy

Retention Period: 30 days from deletion confirmation

After you confirm your account deletion request, your data will be kept in our system for 30 days to allow you to recover your account if you change your mind. During this period:

  • Your account will be deactivated and inaccessible
  • You can contact support to cancel the deletion and restore your account
  • After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered

Note: Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for legal compliance and service improvement purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you.
